Hi! I’m Jenna Smith. I am 21 years old and a junior at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. I am a Mass Communications major with a concentration in Public Relations. I am striving towards a career in PR in Nashville, Tennessee in the country music industry. I love country music, peanut M&M’s, reading, going to concerts, spending time with my friends and family, and traveling to new places.

I was born in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania which is a very small town near Harrisburg, and I have lived there for my entire life. I graduated from Northern High School where I made some of the most amazing friends and had great experiences. Coming to college was definitely a transition, but Bloomsburg has always been the right school for me. It was hard at first to leave my mom, dad, and older brother, but I am only a short 45 minute drive away from my grandparents and other family members who live in Wilkes-Barre. Last April, on the day before my birthday, my cousin had a baby girl named Camryn who is my goddaughter and I love to go visit her whenever I can.

I have had an amazing time in college. Being a member of PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) and helping our chapter grow has been one of my all time favorite experiences. Last fall, I started my role as the Vice President of our chapter and got to attend the national conference in Philadelphia. I have learned so much and made amazing friendships. I will be sad to graduate next spring, but I am very excited for my future. I have loved country music since I was a child and it has always been my dream to live in Nashville and work in the industry.

Thanks for visiting my blog!
